What you eat plays a massive part in your overall health.
What you eat provides your body with the nutrients it needs to function. The quality of food you eat determines how many nutrients you get.
Everything that passes your lips starts to affect your body chemistry in some way or another, either positively or negatively.
Depending on the quality of food you eat, along with the food sometimes comes additional unwanted chemicals, toxins, pesticides, antibiotics which also affect your internal biological terrain in some way or another.
As with all health factors, this then becomes one part of a larger jigsaw and plays out day after day, month after month, year after year.
Instead of getting into the complex, often wrong, world of saying what foods are healthy and which foods are unhealthy, Sum Total Health tries to focus on the effect of the sum total of everything you are doing, not doing, eating, not eating, what you are being exposed to etc etc etc.
